This genuine bump head knob assembly, sometimes known simply as the bump head, is black and approximately 2 inches long. Sold individually, this plastic part releases the cutting line. Over time, this part may break due to wear, and you will know it is broken because it will completely stop functioning.
A troubleshooting tip is to tap the part on theg round to see if the cutting line advances. This is an easy repair to make, and does not require any tools. You will need to look for the bump head attachment point on the bottom of the cutting head assembly.

Necesito reemplazar toda la cabeza (I need to replace the whole head)
For model number Bl110
Hello Jose, thank you for contacting us. If you are wanting to replace the whole head, you will need to get the following parts, PS9456562 PS10014644 PS9119496 PS9306452 Good luck with the repair!
Does this bump head fit my troy built serial number 1h285dg1121. Mine has a hex head nut at bottom that is inset in the bump head so it does not stick out.
For model number TB22EC
Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. The 1h285dg1121 is not coming up a valid or a serial number we have listed. Could you please verify the serial number you provided us with? If it is correct, I recommend contacting the manufacturer and seeing if they could provide you with a part number, and then you are always welcome to check back to see if we carry the part. We hope this helps.

Bump feed doesn’t t work. Replace bump knob..my question…when I tried to manually feed line it does not work..let me explain.. I push in the spool and tried to rotate clockwise to feed line..once in a while it works, but not any more. In the past I could manually feed line. What’s stopping from manually pushing reel in and rotate?
For model number Tb80ec
Hello Victor, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the inner spool reel, part number PS9119496, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
