This genuine OEM bearing flange is 4 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. The flange is used to secure bearings (sold separately) to provide support moving parts in aerators, such as the rotating shafts/axles. Each bearing in your aerator requires two flanges each. This protects the parts from friction damage and allows them to spin smoothly. The flange also helps to secure the bearing in place and prevent it from coming loose or falling inside the equipment. You will need to replace your flange bearing if your equipment is making grinding noises during use or if the flange is corroded, or chipped. Each flange is sold individually.

The locking collar is used to tighten the bearing on the shaft, to reduce the effects of vibrations during operation, like slipping. It is made of high-quality metal but is considered a high-wear part meaning it will likely need to be replaced often.

This power rake cable in your dethatcher is 46.5 inches long and is responsible for controlling the power rake mechanism. When the mechanism is engaged, it activates the blades to dig into the grass and remove thatch. If the cable is broken, the blades will not rotate. To inspect your cable, look for frays, kinks, or breaks. If you do not replace the cable, your machine cannot properly dethatch, which leads to poor lawn health.
