I turn the key to start and all I get is click click click
For model number 56132
Hello John, thank you for reaching out. We have researched your model and found that this issue could be caused by a faulty spark plug, part number PS9140427. The spark plug creates the spark that ignites the fuel in your engine during the combustion process. If that does not help, you may need to replace the carburetor, part number PS8982116. Generator would not start, Birggs & Stratton recommended to replase Gasket Exhaust.
Remove the spark suppresser, 4 face screws, 2 bottom screws and the two screws the hold the gasket. I also had to back out the top screw of the cover it blocked and prevented the removal of the gasket.
