screw holes didn't line up
I received the part the very next day which was awesome, but when I went to install it, there was a connection discrepency on the back of the switch, and the screw holes were completely off in the front where it connects to the unit. I ended up taking the whole thing apart to try to put the old face with the right screw holes on the new p

broken control knobs
I opened the package. I tool out the plastic bag containing the replacement knobs. (I ordered two). I lined up the knob that needed replacing and pushed it on. The replacement knobs are of a better quality than the original and shouldn't break like the old ones. After this repair I was exhausted and took a nap.
