Hello Chris, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that the issue is probably with the thermostat, part number PS16218719. If you require assistance placing an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
Hello David, Thank you for your inquiry. This issue is usually caused by the water not being hot enough, there is an issue with the dispenser or not enough water is getting through the spray arms. We would recommend testing the heating element and water inlet valve with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Check the dispenser for any visible damage and that the door can open properly. Check the filter for any debris that could be clogging the dishwasher and not allowing the water to drain. Last check the spray arms for any debris that could be clogging them. Good luck with your repair.
Dishwasher does not drain. The drain pump motor works.Their are no blockages anywhere. The wires from the control board in the door look good. Are their some type of water level sensors that may not be working? What are some other possibilities that I may be missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Joshua, thank you for your question. The issue is probably related to the float switch, part number PS3492842. If this does not help you need to check the filter, part number PS11770489. We hope this information helps!

Hi Josh, thank you for reaching out. Our research indicates that the float switch normally does not continuously turn on and off. The dishwasher float switch monitors the amount of water in your appliance, ensuring it does not fill up with too much water. Once the float reaches a preset level, it switches off to prevent the dishwasher from creating a flood. But if the float is broken or stuck, it may not allow your unit to fill with water at all. We recommend checking the float switch, part number PS3492842. If the switch is faulty, replace the switch. We hope this is helpful!
