Two burners stopped working simultaneously while being used. The other two will not come on. The fans work and burner indicator lights still come on. Also the oven still works. Do you have any suggestion on what is causing this? Thanks!

Hello Errol, Thank you for the question. This is normally an indication the Controller Assembly for the Burner Switches is defective and will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
Oven heats up to 180+ then stops or slowly heats but really stops completely.

Hi Martin, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is with the temperature sensor, part number PS16745361, and it may need to be checked. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. Let us know if you have further questions!
This range, without being used, started beeping while displaying an F20 error code. Additionally, a blower comes on and off, and a clicking sound like a switch opening and closing can be heard. Tried turning on the oven…it came on briefly, got to 110, then shut down and beeped without the F20 error code. The stove burners work. Do you have any idea what may be causing this problem?
Thank, Errol.

Hi Errol, thank you for the great question. The F20 error code is a communication error between the display control board and the relay control board. Pull the oven forward and remove the back panel. Check the wire connections between the display board and the relay board. If the connections check good, replace the display control board, part number PS2368471. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Hi, I am getting the F20 error code and accompanying incessant beeps on this range when it’s not even being used. and everything looks good. i have replaced the display control board. I can hear a clicking sound like a switch or contact opening and closing during these episodes. can also hear the blower/fan cycling on and off. I am now suspecting the interface control board. Do you have any suggestions as to what the problem could be. This same issue happened a few months ago, and then stopped. Thanks!

Also note which holes they were in, they are marked according to the differ

Repair was quite easy, as long as you have the instructions for removing the door. The screws that hold the bottom of the door to the fixed hinge are placed into the side of the hinge assembly after removal; this holds the door at a 45 degree angle for easy removal. After that, just place the door on a flat surface and dismantle the door

The door assembles easily after the glass is replaced; just take your time and give yourself enough room to lay out the parts as you go. Good luck!
