My washer shows H2O after 5 - 10min of operation in any mode. The water pressure is good and the valve is good. It stays in this mode and will not work.
For model number GFW550SSN0WW
Hello Dominique, Thank you for your inquiry. Check the water pressure hose for any kinks or blockages it connects into the control board to alert it when there is an issue with the water and the hose and control board are the most common culprits when you are getting the no fill error but the water inlet valve tests fine with a multimeter. This model does not have a water pressure switch to detect the water levels, but on this model that is measured by the control board. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

The drain pump on my washer runs continously even with power off and the door open.
For model number GFW550SSN0WW
Hello Richard, thank you for contacting us. The described issue is mostly caused by a damaged control board, part number PS16619266, or a shorted drain pump, part number PS16217203. Please test these parts with a multimeter to diagnose the fault. We hope this sorts out your problem!

The washer started displaying H2O Supply messages towards the end of the washing cycle. The wash and spin will go well, and then, about 12-10 minutes before the end, the H2O supply will pop up. Once the 4-minute safety cycle ends, the Rins&Spin cycle runs without issues. Sometimes we also see the softener not taken during the wash cycle. The pressure and water supply are all good - we had a plumber check on these during a regular plumbing maintenance visit. We checked the water valve and ran the build-in tests for each error code, and all went through a complete cycle without issues. The dispenser drawer and the main water hoses were all truly cleaned, and there were no signs of clogs or defects. Would this be something related to the water valves or pressure hose not working properly?
For model number GFW550SSN0WW
Hi Tsveti, thank you for reaching out. The error H2O will display when there is either an issue with the pressure sensor or the water supply valves being turned off. Based on the error code, we have concluded that the issue is probably with the water inlet valve, part number PS16217225. We would suggest replacing the water inlet valve to fix the issue. Good luck with this repair!

I’m getting several error codes. 65, 70, 3, 38,89, 91. The watering will run for a while but not complete cycle.
For model number GFW550SSN0WW
Hi Manuel, thanks for reaching out to us. According to our research, error code 3 indicates a locked motor, error 65 indicates a water level drop when the machine is not set to drain, 38 is a damper failure. Is it possible that you have a leak somewhere that has dripped on and caused the motor to rust and seize? If there is a leak, it may be struggling to stay full which is why it isn't advancing to the next cycle. We hope this helps. Please submit a new question if you have any follow ups.

My washer does drain but does not engage fast spin cycle, what would the issue be, thanks in advance
For model number GFW550SSN0WW
Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. If there are no unusual noise such as banging or rubbing, We suggest checking the Water Level hose. If lint or debris has clogged the water level hose, then the washer may not spin fast. Clean the debris from the hose by blowing on the hose. We hope this helps. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Washer stopped working
My first step was to unplug and re-plug the washer into a different working electrical outlet to see if the power-on control panel would reset itself. The washer would cycle on but within few second it would power down. After watching an how to short video from GE website My next step was to get access to the main control board by disasse

mbling the front and top panels to check for a blown fuse located on the board. I also checked the water pump filter for sign of lint build up. The lint filter was clean and the fuse wasn’t blown.
Next I attempted to set the control panel into diagnostic mode so as to read any error code stored on the board , I wasn’t successful therefore I summarized the control board needed to be replaced.
With the new control board on hand I unplugged the washer from the electrical outlet, grounded my wrist with a ground wire linked to the house water metal pipe. I proceeded to unscrew the control board module from the washer frame, unsnapped half dozen electrical leads then extracted the defective board. I carefully installed the new board double checking all connections for proper fit. After reinstalling the top and front panels I plugged and powered up the washer, it took me approximately two hours to successfully repair the washer.
