Can I take the agitator out to clean under it.

Hello Kathleen, Thank you for the question. You can remove the Dispenser from the top of the Agitator and you will be able to see a bolt. Once the bolt is removed you can pull up on the Agitator to remove. We hope this helps.

Washer will drain but will not spin. Would this be a belt or another part?

Hello Jason, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you may have a broken or displaced drive belt, part number PS11767488. A slipped belt can be put back into place, but a worn-out one needs to be replaced. We hope this information is useful!

Thank you for your question. The speed sensor and door switch system are typically the parts you would look at with your symptoms.We would recommend taking a multi meter and checking the electronic parts to see if they are getting proper power to them. While you are doing that, checking your belt is recommended. Once you have taken these steps, you should be able to narrow down the specific part you will need to replace. We hope this helps you.

Codes 26. Put in all new rods. After done clothes still damp. If put on drain and spin. Run cycle. Then refills before it opens lid. Tub is balanced

Hi James, thank you for the question. The balance ring is located at the top of the basket assembly. It is not sold separately, you may need to order the basket assembly for it, the part number is PS12343504. We hope this helps!
Drain all the water out of the tub with a shop vac Remove rear drain hose and drained rest of water into a bucket Remove small rear panel (bottom left hand corner) where the drain hose connects Tipped washer up about 45 degrees to get underneath it - Supported it with a few paint cans Remove internal drain hose/clamps

Read morefrom pump - w/ pliers Remove belt cover (gray plastic) with socket - 3 bolts Remove wire assembly plug from socket Remove old drain pump with socket - 3 bolts Install new drain pump - 3 bolts - plug wire assembly into socket Reinstall belt cover - 3 bolts Reinstall hose to drain pump (note panel will be inside washer) Feed drain hose panel through hole and reinstall - 1 nut Re attached drain hose to exterior drain plug You are done !
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
