code 3 popped up saying rotor motor and it smelt like a burnt motor what do i need
For model number GTW750CSL1WS
Hi John, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, error code 3 usually indicates a locked rotor motor. We would suggest making sure the washer is not overloaded. If you did not overload the washer, unplug and manually rotate the spin basket to check for binding or resistance. If the spin basket does not rotate smoothly, an item may be stuck between the spin basket and the outer tub. If the spin basket rotates smoothly, there could be a problem with the drive motor, part number PS11763333. Loose or broken motor wires could prevent the drive motor from rotating. Checking the wiring connections and continuity of the drive motor with a multimeter might help. We hope this information is useful!

Periodically the washer will get "stuck" in the sensing mode. I have verify that the personality is set correctly. Service test fault code is 8 which I understand means a pressure sensor issue. Not sure what to do next.
For model number GTW750CSL1WS
Hi Jim, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the UI and control board, part number PS12730585. It processes and manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue.

My washer acts like it’s unbalanced and won’t clean clothes like it used to and have to run rinse cycle twice to rinse clothes
For model number GTW750CSL1WS
Hi Eric,
Thank you for your question. Make sure that you are not overloading the washer. Too many clothes will prevent the washer from working correctly. If it is acting like it's unbalanced, and it is shaking and moving, you will need to check both the left and right rod and spring assemblies, the upper ball joints, the tub cover and the leveling legs. We have included a link from our website that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!

Would not drain the water from the tub.
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
