I there a replacement center grill available this model? We never use the "griddle" which came with the stove, and would prefer the standard "grill" as shown on the left and right sides of the stove top. We don't see this option in the parts list diagram on your website. Thank you.

The lower oven will not light. The igniter is fine. Both the upper oven and the broiler work fine.

Hi John, thank you for asking. To fix the issue, we would recommend checking the lower oven temperature sensor, part number PS11762496. It measures the oven temperature and sends the reading to the control board. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Upper oven won't heat up, The igniter gets red hot but it stays on and won't light burner.

Hello Mike, thank you for getting in touch. We would suggest checking the igniters. A weak igniter may glow but the burner will not light, because it requires a certain amount of current draw to open the valve. If the issue still persists, then we would recommend checking the safety valve, part number PS8754430, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.

Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
