Timer flashes sometimes when I start cycle and have to reclose door. Then it starts cycle but will stop after about an hour or more. If I don’t notice it, I have to start again. May finish cycle but most of time happens again. Getting worse and can rarely get it to even start lately.

We have researched the model number you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the door latch assembly, the diverter motor, the microswitch, and the control boards. Check the boards for any loose connections or visible damage, and you can test the other parts with a multimeter. I am getting an LE error code which is for “motor trouble”. Where do i start to troubleshoot?

Hello Joseph, thank you for reaching out. The error code LE indicates that there is an issue with the motor or the wiring harness between the motor and the control board. We would suggest checking the wiring harness between the motor and the control board for damage. If this doesn't resolve the issue, then you may need to check the control board, part number PS12080373, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Replacing this pump is pretty easy. Disconnect the power and drain hose, and pull your dishwasher out from the counter. Lay it on its side on a towel. There WILL be spillage. After removing the pump, I disassembled it to find out why these fail so soon. It's a very poor design. I found that the nose of the electric motor, where the bearings are located, sits in a plastic cup formed by the top of the pump body. Any leakage from the pump around the motor shaft will be held in place against the motor bearing. It has no place to go. This causes rusting of the bearing. I expect I'll be replacing this one in a few years. :(
But kudos to PartsSelect for getting the right pump assembly for me, after getting the wrong one from another supplier!
The inside gasket deteriorates over time - However replacement is easy. the main thing you have to remember is after you remove the old gasket, install the new one starting at the middle top of the tub and work your way down both sides. Ordered the roller from Parts Select, slid the roller over the little spindle sticking out of the bottom rack and snapped it in place. Job done in less than one minute.
