My dryer will hardly dry sometimes and sometimes will do ok. What might be the problem?

Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest replacing the moisture sensor under part PS11741408 for your model to fix the issues. We hope this helps.
The water keeps running when the steam option was selected even after turn off. So we had to disconnected the hot water tubing.

Hello Nancy, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we recommend checking the water inlet valve, part number PS11723093. If it is faulty, replace it. If this does not solve your problem, the electronic control board, part number PS11731094, is probably the issue and needs to be replaced. We hope that helps!
The dryer stated good, but after about 2 minutes it stopped and now won't function?

Hi Richard, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the user interface board to solve the problem. It does not come separately, and it comes with the control panel, part number PS11730650. We hope that helps!
I asked for advise, looked around and priced heating elements and thermostats. This was the best combo offered for the price given. It was shipped and received it very quick. Installed it and 5 minutes later, she was running like a champ!
