Why do i have a black ice in my freezer

Hello Amili and thanks for writing.
Can you clarify this, please? Are the freezer walls covered in black ice? Looking forward to hearing back from you. If there are black specks or particles in your ice cubes: Bad icemaker mold body. The icemaker would need to be replaced. On water filter models, a new water filter can produce carbon dust.

How do you take the buckets out of the freezer to clean
For model number RB217ABPN
Hello Tricia, thank you for your question. Here are some instructions from the owners manual.
Pull Out Drawer
To remove - Pull the drawer out to full extension.
Tilt up rear of drawer and lift straight out.
Open the freezer door fully and remove the drawer.
To replace - Place the drawer onto the rails by tilting it up. Lower
the drawer into place until it is horizontal and slide the
drawer in.
2. Freezer Drawer Bin
To remove - Pull the drawer out fully. Tilt up the rear
of the bin and lift it out to remove.
To replace - Place the bin into the rail assembly.
When replacing, place the drawer bin holder into the hole of the rail

ICE OFF button goes on and off itself and continuous beeping noise. Touch pad is not responding properly. Is there any solution?

Hello Aparna, Thank you for the question. This could be an indication the PCB Board is faulty and may need to be replaced. We also suggest checking any wiring to the board to make sure it is secure and not damaged. We hope this information helps!

Power freeze and power cool turn on by themselves randomly making the refrigerator too cold when it happens. Is there a control panel part that can be replaced to fix this issue?
