Hi, thank you for the question. To fix the issue, you may need to check the temperature sensor, part number PS4138666. The temperature sensor senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. We hope this solves your problem!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: When performing a resistance check on this sensor, make sure your readings match the Samsung temp/resistance chart in their literature. My sensor was way off calibration and was causing the freeze up. Its working as designed now and DW is happy again. Learn from my mistake.
