No water to unit ice maker water dispenser
For model number RS261MDRS/XAA
Hello Brian,
Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest it is likely an issue with the water flow from the water valve to the icemaker that's causing the dispenser to not dispense water, thus we would suggest testing and possibly replacing the water valve under part PS4146914 for your model to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
It was easy! I just used an alan wrench to losen the side bolt, then slid the handle into the new mounting screws that I had hand-screwed and then tightened it all up.
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray*** Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
