There is water at the bottom
For model number RS275ACBP
Hello Rosie and thanks for writing.
If the refrigerator is leaking water, it's possible that the refrigerator has a clogged or freezing defrost drain. If the defrost drain freezes the defrost water will overflow the drain and drip down to the bottom of the compartment, If enough water accumulates in the bottom it can run out onto the floor. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

How do I defrost the ice cube maker, so I can get the tray unit out of the freezer side of the refrigerator? Or how do I defrost the whole side of the freezer part of the refrigerator?
For model number RS275ACBP
Hello Lee, Thank you for the question. To defrost the appliance, You need to press both the "Power Freeze" and "Fridge" buttons at the same time if you want to put a fridge into forced defrost mode. Hold the buttons in until the display shows something. Press the "Freezer" button a second time to get the fridge defrost element to come on. Hello Michael, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, the condenser fan motor, the temperature sensor, the thermal fuse, and the start relay and start protector overload. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
How to fix a water buildup in the bottom of the fridge.
For model number RS275ACBP
Hello and thank you for writing.
If your fridge has water pooling at the bottom, the defrost heater PS4140557 is your MOST likely suspect. Your defrost heater is what melts the ice and carries the water all the way down to the drain pan where it eventually evaporates. This tube can get clogged with ice or debris which leads to water backing up and leaking back into the fridge. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Hello Genene, thank you for reaching out. It appears that your refrigerator may have a damaged Evaporator Fan Motor, PS4138376. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Barely losened the two rear screws. Took out the two front screws and the ice maker slides toward front of fridge off the 2 rear screws. Unhooked the wiring plug. Replaced with new ice maker.
Using the putty knife, pry off the faceplate for the ice/water dispenser. Disconnect the wire harness. Using philips head screwdriver, remove the dispenser assembly. Remove the old dispenser and replace. Reverse for reassembly. Note * I should have bought the water dispenser lever and replaced it as well since I had the assembly out.
... Read more Secondary note * be mindful during reassembly to not put pressure on the water dispenser or have a glass handy. :)
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray*** Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
