My daughter tried to wash 3 blankets and the washer now will not drain. I took the blankets out and tried to finish the cycle empty but the washer will not drain. What could have broken?

Hello Leonardo, thank you for contacting us. According to our understanding, we would recommend checking the drain hose for clogging. If it is fine, then the issue is most probably with the drain pump, part number PS16735612. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
