The bottom spray arms works fine but the top sprayer has a small amount of water coming out but is not spinning. It turns fine and we replace the tube to the spray arm.
For model number WDP370PAHW0
Hello Flossie, thank you for contacting us. The symptoms indicate that either the pores of the upper spray arms are clogged or the circulation pump is not delivering water with enough pressure to the upper spray arm. The force for spinning the spray arm is provided by the water pressure, when the circulation pump, part number PS11770231, is defective, the upper spray arm will not spin and will deliver little water. We would recommend cleaning the pores of the spray arm and inspecting the pump for functionality. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

How do I clean the top spraying blade?
For model number WDP370PAHW0
Hi Gerald, thank you for contacting us. First, detach the upper spray arm by twisting it off. Use a cocktail stick to clean the small outlet nozzles on the spray arm. You can also soak the spray arm into a vinegar solution to dissolve food particles that have blocked the outlet nozzles. If you do soak the spray arm, be sure to clean them with soapy water after. Rinse the spray arm thoroughly, then shake off any remaining residual water. We hope this is helpful!
