My oven is not lighting. The igniter is glowing. The burners are working. When the igniter is on I don't smell gas. Could it be a gas issue on the oven. I see that the gas lines split.

Hello Russell, Thank you for the question. This could indicate a weak igniter. It can glow but not have enough power to open the valve. On a good igniter, there should be between 40 & 400 OHMS. A bad igniter will show no resistance or continuity. If the Igniter is good you can test the Valve. When testing the valve, it should be showing anything between 0 and 5 ohms of resistance. We hope this helps!
Grease or something got into the INNER OVEN DOOR WINDOW. Need to take apart and clean. Nothing in manual. AND a rubber seal around the whole door dimension, on stove side has come lose, afraid this is letting heat out of oven while using, can this be replaced, and why RUBBER when there is heat near it? Appears to be glued in place?

Oven not reaching selected temperature. Have replaced sensor.

As you have already replaced the temperature sensor and the oven is still not reaching the selected temperature, we would recommend checking the control board, part number PS12347446, to solve the problem. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven heat. We hope this helps.

($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.

Google the error code that the range was displaying and found others with the same symptoms. Then found several people that had fixed the problem by replacing the oven sensor. I then ordered the sensor and replaced it, which fixed the problem.
