I was hoping you could help us. No longer will start the cycle when you push the start button. It makes a couple clicks, but never actually starts washing

Hello Jason, Thank you for reaching out. We suggest checking the Drain Pump first for any debris such as coins ect. The Drain pump kicks on for a few seconds at the first of the cycle to drain any sitting water from the last load. If it can not start to drain it may not allow the cycle to start. We hope this information helps!

Hi David, thank you for a very interesting question. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you reset the control board by turning off the power supply to the washer for 3 minutes and then turning back on. If it does not fix the issue, we would recommend you replace the control board, part number PS16620232. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. Glad to be of help!

Getting intermittent low flow error message..F8 E1. I've narrowed the problem down to either inlet water valve, water level pressure switch or the control board. I ran a diagnostic test and everything came normal, however on the next wash we got the low flo message on the rinse cycle than after drain and reset everything was normal. Would appreciate and part suggestion.

Hello Kirk, thank you for contacting us. The error code F8 E1 indicates that the machine is not detecting the correct amount of incoming water. We would recommend check the pressure switch, part number PS12711555, to solve the problem. A malfunctioning pressure switch can most probably cause this problem. We hope this helps!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
