ice maker arm stuck, I did the reset and work but when I try to push it dowm not move
For model number WRS325SDHZ05
Hi Gustavo, thank you for the question. If your ice maker arm is sticking, you can use a hair dryer and thaw out the ice maker to make sure it is clear and not jammed by ice in the head or anything like that. Other than that, the ice maker, part number PS12584610, would just need to be replaced. Good luck with your repair!

plastic Ice bin auger broke and needed to be replaced
The repair was actually easy; however I have an ice dispencer/crusher attached and the which the diagram supplied with the part did not include. I had to make several calls before I was e-mailed the diagram.

Also, be sure to keep the ice crusher parts in order and be sure the white plastic tab on the crusher fits into a depression in the housing. I did not notice this and had to take it all apart and redo the install. It works great!!!
