My cabrio platinum washer continues to give the UL error code. We replaced the springs and rods and checked the stator. I ran one one of clothes fine and the next load had another error. Would I need to replace the bearings?
For model number WTW8500BW0
Hello Darlene, thank you for reaching out. Try running a cycle without clothes in it to see if you also get the code. If the unit still gives you a UL error code without any clothes in it, the issue is with the rotary position sensor (RPS), part number PS11749664. That is the component that tells the electronic control board that the load is out of balance. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

machine smells moldy and water comes over the gasket somes times. is there a clean out place like most washer machines? series c42370047
For model number WTW8500BW0
Hello Dana, thank you for your inquiry. Washer odors (like mildew) are usually caused by leaving the washer lid closed when the washer is not in use. This does not allow air to circulate and dry out the moisture remaining in the tub area. The air and moisture mixture becomes stagnant and creates an odor. When the washer is not in use, leaving the lid up/open for air circulation will help prevent odor. To get rid of the smell, try these ingredients. Baking Soda -1/4 cup of baking soda with an equal amount of water. Add this solution to your machine’s detergent. Vinegar -pour two cups of white vinegar into the drum, then run a normal cycle at high heat without any clothes. Clean any other parts of grime. Try these three things and the washer should be smelling no more. Also clean the drain tube. We hope this helps.

My washing machine is showing at code and it's not spinning the code that my washing machine is showing is 5b and all the lights are on it
For model number WTW8500BW0
Hello Carrie, thank you for your question. This issue could be caused by a bad door lock, PartSelect Number: PS11756782, or sensor PartSelect Number: PS11749664. We would recommend testing/replacing those parts first. If they are ok, the issue could be with the main control board. I hope this helps.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
