New stove.. both large elements only heat on center coils outside coils do not heat

Thank you for your question. The large burner elements for your model is under part PS12347890, and they would need to be replaced to fix the issue. Hope this helps!
Yesterday i sent an e-mail stating that the large elements on my range only heated in the middle, after looking more closely at the small elements it seems there is the same problem with the small elements too. I did get a reply stating the elements needed to be replaced. Thank you. Why would a brand new range need all new elements!.

Hello Janet, thank you for your question. A new unit shouldn't have these issue with the elements. If this is a new unit within a year old I would recommend contacting the store it was purchased from or the manufacturer directly. There could be a wiring issue. If all elements are heating only in the middle the issue would be with wiring, the elements or the switches. I hope this helps.
