Are all plastic rack supports the same the right rear has broken. Do they come as a kit with all 4 or do you have to order separately

Hello Edward, thank you for your question. The back left and front right support are the same, part number 00631440 and the back right and front left support are the same, part number 00631439. They are all sold individually. I hope this helps!

Hello Donna, thank you for your question. The mounting bracket on the appliance is part number 00792457. This is the bracket that goes along the back of the unit and holds the microwave up on the wall. Good luck with your repair!

How do you remove the old plastic rack supports to replace?

Hi Andrea,
Thank you for your question. To remove the old rack support gently use a putty knife or flat head screwdriver to pry the rack support from the wall. To install it, just snap it into place. We hope this helps!
