Bottom of Handle Broke
Open the microwave door. On the outer edge the is a 1 inch thick black mold that goes around the entire door. Pry that back with a flat head screwdriver where the handle is and you will see the 2 phillip screws are exposed, top and bottom. Remove them..

Had to buy bigger screws to keep it from breaking again!
Once I figured out how to access the attachemnt points, the replacement was easy.

Handle is 12 & 1/2 inches. Post are 11 & 3/8 inches apart same part with posts 10 & 12 inces apart doesn't work can you supply?

Door handle for microwave. Your email tells me to get one part number, whereas phone person says to get wb15x24435 which one is it?

Is this part shown on your website 13" long? And is the connection piece shaped like a "d" and not circular? Is there anyway to see a picture of the part that connects to the microwave door so that i can insure it's the correct one?

Thank you for your inquiry. The door handle is 13 inches long. This part has been updated by the manufacturer and it now sticks out slightly from the microwave door. I was not able to find information on whether or not the connection piece is shaped like a d. Where the part is coming up under the model number, it is designed to work on your appliance. Can the two tips of the handle be purchased separately ? The handle is quite expensive but it is not broken. Only the tips which screw into the handle and the door. Two very small pieces.
