How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

Do you have installation directions for the oven bottom part?
For model number MER8775AS0
Hello Sharon, Thank you for the question. There should be two screws at the back corners that hold the Bottom in place. Once removed, you can lift slightly and pull the bottom out of the oven. We hope this helps!

I ruined the oven cavity with easy off oven cleaner. Should have read instructions for cleaning first. Trying to get cost to repair compared to buying new. The oven works perfect but looks awful when the door is open. I need the two side panels and the bottom panel. What is the cost and do you have it in stock?
For model number KERS202BSS0
Hello Charles, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you’re looking for is Part Number: PS11703380 for the oven bottom, $70.01. The side panels are not available sorry. Hope this helps!

My oven is not heating properly in bake. It will not reach desired temperature but the broiler element works. How do i repair this?
For model number WFE714HLAS0
Hello David, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Sensor Probe, PartSelect Number PS11749737. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Hi Julia,
Thank you for your question. Yes, the pan is replaceable. The part number for it is PS3501810. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
