Lights flickered and the oven control board will not even light up. Breaker is good. Which part do you suggest?
For model number WOS51EC0AS04
Hello Mark, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing or replacing the fuse, part number PS11756138, if it fails then power will not go to the unit. If the fuse doesn't fix the issue, the problem would be with the user interface control board or the main mother board. We hope this helps.

Does this part fix oven not recovering to temp during cooking even when display says it is holding temp?
For model number WOS92EC0AS04
Hello Keith, Thank you for your inquiry. This is one of the parts that can fix this issue, but we also recommend checking the temperature sensor and thermostat as well, as these are the parts that measure the oven temperature and send the information to the control board. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Oven will not come up to temp on bake or broil. Control panel looks normal.
It will get slightly warm and after an hour sometimes will get to temp.
For model number W0S51EC0AS00
Hi Terry, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the oven sensor, part number PS11744233, which is the most likely cause of this issue. If it is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
