This is a non-stick griddle designed for use with most major appliance brand stovetops. This aluminum griddle measures approximately 20 inches long and 9 inches wide and sits on top of your stovetop to cook food. If your current griddle is damaged, no longer provides a non-stick surface, or is simply dirty and no longer useable, it needs to be replaced. To replace it, simply lift the old griddle off your stove grate and place the new one in its place. This OEM griddle is sold on its own and does not include any other accessories.

I am looking for the center griddle for the above gas unit. I cannot seem to find my serial number on this site. The closest I found has a "1" after the "ss". Will the griddle for the serial number ending in a "1" work on my gas stove? Thanks, Derek

The center griddle appears to be cast iron. Is this correct? How do I clean it?

Hi Joan. Some models are aluminum and some are cast iron. To wash cast iron use water and a nylon scrubber. Wipe the griddle dry with a dishcloth or place it on a warm stove to allow the water to evaporate. Let it warm about 5 minutes. Wait for the griddle to cool; then, using a paper towel, spread a coating of vegetable oil or shortening over the cooking surface. Remove the excess with a second paper towel; then put the griddle away. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
