Replace the fan blade
Pretty straight forward replacement after removing the panels covering the blades. One hex nut to remove with reverse threads. Off with the old, on with the new. The tolerances are very tight and the unit seems to be designed to be supported by the front of the unit. Pushing up on the back of the unit (evaporator end) will cause the fan to drag. Support the unit at the control end allows the fan blades to turn freely.
