Our oven had only one rack. An oven with one rack is like a day without sunshine. For years we suffered with just one rack. At Thanksgiving we had to put the turkey and the pies on the same rack, so it had to be a small turkey. Our new rack arrived in just a couple of days after I ordered it. We were elated! We wept with joy. We invited the neighbors over to see it. We made two big cakes and had a party to celebrate the arrival of our oven rack. Even our cat was happy about the oven rack, and sat on the box for hours. Now we are considering buying a second bicycle so that we each have one and we can both ride at the same time, rather than what we do now where one of us rides and the other one runs alongside. We are opening up to the idea of having two of other things, like books, chairs, pillows. We might even consider a second cat.

The additional oven rack fit perfectly and matched original size and shape.

Very good customer service to make sure I was getting the proper rack for my oven. It took 4 days to get here so not bad but on the web-site it says 1.8 days average shipping. All in all very happy with the process .
