Great work great product your service couldn't be better!
Being a tech and former parts house man and buisnessman, I can truly appreciate the accuracy of the part selection as well as the timelines offered!!! On this particular episode, I had picked up a roadside washing machine and thee owner was out front and said "it was leaking and got a new machine... so I installed a new waterpump, only to start it up (no leaks, good sign), but after it started, weak to NO agitate, Trans OK, so got agitator. Now agitating...Whatta lemon I bit into!!! NOW no spin!!! WE WILL MEET AGAIN!!! They all aren't like this unit thank god, and you guys @ EASY. Thankful for your great service!!!! DT

Is the upper agitator/augur supposed to spin freely on the lower agitator? There seems to be no friction, no resistance--& it is not rotating clockwise the way i remember it: It stops for awhile, then moves slightly. The clothes are still churning from the action of the lower agitator, so it's hard to tell.
For model number 110.82873820
Hello Debbie, Thank you for writing. The upper and lower agitators are connected by a thrust spacer PartSelect Number PS334562 which allows it move. This is a genuine OEM thrust spacer for your washer, and is also commonly known as a retainer ring. The spacer is about 2.5 inches in diameter, is made of plastic, and is white in color. It is used in the agitator assembly of many direct drive washing machine models. The spacer is fitted between the agitator and the agitator auger to support it as it moves. This part is sold individually. Although it is not included in this part, you should have some dual-action agitator grease for the repair as well. We hope this helps!
Hello
I was looking at the diagram for the washer agitator. I need to order the whole assembly
I’m guessing the #1. 2. And 20 in digram.
How would I go about doing so
For model number Kenmore 500 washer
Hi Josh, thank you for the great question. According to our research, part number PS334617 (20) in the diagram actually contains #1 and #2 now, as a whole assembly. Please give our customer service a call and they would be happy to place the order for you. We hope this helps.
