dose spin n agitat
it was vary easy to fix with the socket set n screw driver done in a 30 mins

replaced the agitator cogs, bearing and the O-Ring. I looked all over Houston for these part, but found them on PartSelect. Had them in about 3 days. The repair only took about 30 minutes.
First I went to this site and read what everyone had to say on leaking pumps. After finding the model number, I looked at the parts list, and found what parts I thought I would need. ... Read more from the wall about 18 inches and tilted back on a 45 degree angle. The pump was now in plain sight and helt in with two slide clamps. Using a pair of plyers I remover both clamps from both hoses on the pump. By pushing to the outside of the pump I was able to remove both of the slide clamps. This allows the pump to be lifted out and off the motor shaft. As my washer had just started leaking " about one week" the pump slid off the shaft easy. There was no rust on shaft. Pump shaft has a slot in it so the pump can only go on one way. By reversing the way I removed the pump I was able to slide the new pump back onto the shaft and slide the slip clamps back over the pump. Replacing both hoses and both clamps. Now pump was in place. I pulled the washer away from the wall and slid back into place. That took care of the pump. For the top side I removed the top part of the agitator by pulling up and removing the part that holds the softner. Under this was a piece of plastic that I was able to lift out. Under that was a 12MM bolt with a rubber washer. Using a scoket set I removed the bolt and washer. Lifting up on the agitator it came right out. Pulling on each end of the agitator I was able to pull it apart. Inside was a large plastic washer and agitator directional cogs all in one piece. This piece just lifts up and off. I replaced the old piece with the new on and slid the two agitator back togeather. Setting the agitator back into the washer and put the 12mm bold and rubber washer back on. Then I put the plastic back on and set the top softer cup back in place. Snapping in the bleach dispenser was very easy, just shap into place. Pluging the washer back in, and turning back on the water I ran the washer with no clothes in it so I could check for leaks and make sure everthing was working. Repairing both parts took about 30 minutes and now the washer is like new.

I was told bearings are bad and can't be fixed.If this is not True ,how do I replace them

Hi Robert, Thank you for the question. The bearing was sold as part of the outer tub assembly. The outer tub has been discontinued and is no longer sold. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

I replace the clutch pulley completely. When i start the wash machine on drain and spin cycle only when it spinning it make a loud noise. Is it possible there is a worn out bearing on the gearcase but when i spin the actuator a few times i do not hear any noise. I took out the elect. Motor spin the shaft and motor spins freely and quite. I disconnected the drain pump power cord it still makes loud noise only when spinning. The only thing it could be the gearcase bearing or the actuator is rubbing inside the drum and making that loud noise but also when it's running it's a loud vibrating noise on the bottom of the transmission what a gear case before putting the clutch pulley assembly kit on i looked at the shaft that comes through and i spend it a few times it's runs smoothly there's no play in the shift. No leaks at. It's your years only

HI Pietro, thank you for contacting us. You may have to check your gearcase then for being the issue. You may also want to take a look at your drive block and agitator cam kit as well. Good luck with your repair.
my washer makes a loud grinding noise when in spin cycle. I looked at the schematics and do not see any bearings that may cause this

Hello Pat, Thank you for contacting us. Checking your model, this can be caused by the transmission gearcase with bearing, the drive pulley clutch, and the shift actuator. Check for any visible damage, and you can test the shift actuator with a multimeter. Good luck with your repair.
My washer is very loud when it spins. Do you think it is the tub bearings and if so can I purchase new ones?

Hi Michelle, thank you for reaching out. Yes, the issue could be with the bearings, but they come attached to the gear case, part number PS16220913. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
