Ice dispenser in the door. Flap won't open. Ice maker works fine and augur. Is there an actuator or something that could be too weak to open flap?

Sir, I have some issues with my fridge. The day before yesterday my freezer did not work at all. I asked a guy to check, he said I need to put in freon. He did put in freon and since then my freezer of my fridge will constantly work and non stop. Even if I switch the temperature control to 1 it did not stop. I do not know what the reason is. Thanks

I have ordered ps11743170 from you and wanted to know if you can send me a link with installation instructions?My freezer is working, but not defrosting properly and my fridge is not cooling. i manually defrosted and cleared ice from the "tunnel" between freezer and fridge which is i assume the fridge is cooled.
