Agitator wasn't turning.
Very simple to repair. Took of the fabric softener dispenser ( which I also replaced ). Using the socket set removed the bolt in the middle and removed the entire agitator. Replaced the cogs and reassembled. Easy job for any one.
Placed the new dispenser in since the broken one had popped off.

Agitaor not functioning everything good.
Used a hand truck to lay washer on its side removed motor assembly and hoses,unplugged all wiring harness assembly. Using small hammer positioned new couplings on transmission and motor flush to end of shaft. Applied new insert on transmission coupling and positioned motor applied mount straps and screws. fabric softener dispenser was not emptying
I pushed up the blue ring on the old dispenser and then it pulled right off. I popped on the new one and pushed down the blue ring. Took me about 20 seconds. Voila! It worked! Cheapest and fastest repair you could imagine.

My fabric softener dispenser stopped working
I ordered the part on Monday, received it the next day!! Popped the old one off put the new one on, no tools needed. Washed a load of laundry right away, worked great! Still does. I will definately order from PartSelect.com again.

aggitator stripped, not turning
removed the cap and unscrewed locking fitting. Removed aggitator dogs and replaced with new and reassembled.

Hello. I need to know where to put the fabric softener in the washing machine

Hi Mayra, Thank you for the question. The fabric softener goes into the fabric softener dispenser at the top of the agitator. If you do not currently have the dispenser you can order PartSelect Number PS11743341 and use it on your agitator. Hope this helps!
