Got the correct part.
Using the search features and comparing photos on the PartSelect website allowed me to successfully find and buy the correct part. Although I didn't know it, apparently my Magic Chef kitchen stove is is made by another company. Based on the PartSelect website photos I ordered what I hoped would be the correct part. It was correct. Once again the stove is in working order.

It worked out very good
I bought a part at Home Depot, but it didn't fit. I went to an appliance store, but they could not find the part I needed. So I went online and Bing Bang Bong, I ordered the part, it came in and worked out great. I am so happy it worked, so I didn't have to buy a NEW OVEN! LOL! Tried needle nose pliers to turn on oven with, but it did not work. I saved the Business card you sent and have it on my refrigerator. Just in case I need to order anything else. Thank you everyone, I am just Thrilled with my new part.

I purchased a knob that I was hoping might fit properly. Unfortunately I did not find anything that matched the knob we had originally. We use the knob that I purchased to turn the oven on and off, but the shaft channel is much longer than the shaft on the stove, so the knob sits high above the other knobs. I wish that I could find

Just brought a thermostat knob from partselect part# ps11744003. Need the other 4 knobs don't have a part #. The stove is a Crosley it's 30yrs old please help.
For model number Don't know it.
Hello, thank you for contacting us. In order for us to locate the correct parts and repair information we will require the model number of the appliance. I was able to find this part that referenced some kind of relation to the thermostat knob. However, it may not work with your appliance. Since we do not have your model number there is no way to verify or guarantee this is the right part. The valve knob is part number WP7711P135-60. Good luck with your repair.

How long is the shaft on part # WP74002419? The Thermostat control knob for the oven on my range has a one inch shaft, 2 inch diameter knob D shaft. I can't find a plate any where on the range with a model number. It is a gas range probably from late 1970's or early 1970's. I would also like to replace the burner knobs for this stove as well. Any idea what the part # for those would be? Thanks in advance for any help.
For model number Magic Chef Uniburner
Hello Judith, Thank you for the question. The Shaft is approximately 1" Long and the knob is approximately 2" in diameter. In order for us to locate the correct parts and repair information we will require the model number of the unit. We strongly recommend you contact the manufacturer, as they would have this information in their system. Ask them for the part number you require and contact back to see if it is something we carry. We hope this helps!

How do I know if this will work with natural gas?
For model number C3100PAW
Hello Randel, Thank you for the question. The knob is used on both Natural and LP Gas. There are however two series of knobs for this model. To determine the series you need, we will need the serial number of the appliance. Please submit a new question if you have any follow ups. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
