The knob pictured has the number 1 under the kip 5d75 - my broken knob has the number 2 - it controls the dual element - does that different number mean yours won't fit or are they all the same?

Hi,
I am looking for 4 Jenn-Air stove knobs. Model # jed8430bdb, serial number 12621161jl.I just brought some knobs and find out that they are the wrong ones. can you tell me what the part number is so i don't purchase the wrong ones again?

Is the replacement knob (for 74010839) still made of plastic?

I have a Jenn-Air electric stove top, model #jed8340bdb, with a broken burner knob for the top right burner. The knob is a black plastic hexagon shaped. The replacement part shown on your website (part # ps11744413) is a silver-colored knob that doesn't look at all like the one i need replaced. What am i missing?

I'm looking for the double flat shaft that the knob goes on . My shaft broke.

The burner knob,part #ps11744413, which is plastic, can i replace it with the old stainless steel ones? What would those parts numbers be? The plastic ones are poorly made and break or wear down way too fast!!

My control knobs have kip 5d01 on the bottom of them - what part number do i need? Do they come in steel instead of plastic that break monthly?
