Out of date parts
My repair service could not do the repair job because they could not find the part, out of date. I ordered from you, and had someone else do the installation. It all went well. Thanks for having the parts available for me.

Part fit
The part was in good condition and your video made it easy to install. However, the oven door still does not close all the way, so my problem was not solved

Wrong part
I got the wrong part. It was almost right but it had a couple of bumps that shouldn't be there so the door wouldn't slide over it. I had to buy a hacksaw and a bench vise so I could remove them. $60 part became a $200 one.

Hinge spring was broken
Pulled the drawer and removed the oven door by pulling it upward. Then removed the two hex head screws which loosened the old hinge and pulled it down out of the side of the oven box. Replaced the new hinge in the position of the old one and installed the two hex head screws. I replaced the oven door and that was when I realized the par

I need to order an oven hinge. Is the left and right facing the oven or standing behind the oven?
For model number PER5710BAW
Hello Jeff, Thank you for the question. While you are standing in front of the appliance facing it, it is your left or right. The hinge for your model will work on both sides. We hope this helps!

Left door oven hinge spring is broken. I have removed the oven door, and disconnected the hinge from the oven box frame. It appears that hinge will not come out through slot and that only access is by removing oven box or outside stove panel. There must be a simpler way to get the hinge and spring out. This is a Magic Chef mod. # 3468vvv, part number is wp74011140

I am looking for the door hinges for the wall oven, I haven’t taken apart yet, but I think I need both hinges. We bought the oven in the year 2000 and still works well, this is the first time we had problems. I am relatively handy to fix things, but I don’t want to waste time and money on something that may break soon. Does pay to fix or buy a new oven ? Regards.
For model number Jjw9530ACB
