Great part & timely service
Our Home Warranty service told us this part was not made anymore. I found it on Parts Select, called customer service to ensure it was the correct part. They were very helpful & I had the part in 2 days. It was perfect!!

Broken door spring required removing the fron of the door
Removed the door frame by breaking it as there was no obivious way to get at a couple of the screws. Replaced the broken right spring as it was the original problem. Replaced the door frame by drilling a hole thru the exhaust tube of the regular oven mounted below the microwave.

I thinks I have the correct door frame: wp8303556 and screws WP4449746.
I am trying to attach the outer glass door ( one with the handle) with the screws going through the inner door frame, then outer door frame and then into the handle. The head of the screws I have seems to be too big to go through the inner door and sit flush with the bottom. The top of the head seems to stay flush with the top of the inner frame. Do I have the right parts for this model of the microwave ?
For model number KEMC307Kss03
Hello Dilbag, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number you have provided and show that this is the inner door frame that the outer door panel, part# PS11742580 attaches to, but the screws are for the oven door and not the microwave door. The microwave door control panel vent screw that fastens the frame into the upper control panel is part# PS11742551 and the screw that fastens into the handle mounting bracket is part# PS11748790. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
