Is this control board pretty much a plug in play situation with the wires and everything already attached?

Hello Paul, thank you for your question. The Switch Membrane - Black PS11750390 has wires attached to it. But the Electronic control can be changed out using a screwdriver to remove screws holding the rear access panel. Pull the panel down and note where the wires are connected to the damaged control panel. Remove the old control panel and position the new one before securing it with screws. Replace the wires on the correct terminals and replace the access panel. Good luck with your repair.
Our oven and stove elements are all working properly but a few of the keys on the touch pad have suddenly stopped functioning. Is this a control module issue or would it be the touch pad that is faulty? Thank you.

Hello, thank you for getting in touch. If some keys on your oven's touchpad are not working, it's more likely a faulty touchpad than a control module issue. You will need to replace the control panel with all the controls, part number PS11750390, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.

Hello, I'm trying to figure out whether I need to replace my switch membrane or the control for my GY397LXUQ03 range oven. The switch membrane still displays the clock, but beeps when I press any of the buttons. None of the buttons respond or work, they just beep. Does the control need replaced or just the switch membrane? Thank you for your help.

replaced the bottom heat element as it broke. the part was replaced but no heat being generated from bottom inductor too was this the control panel that needs to be replaced next.
