Upper rack part that is broken is the spike or short axel that goes in the white wheel, is this the correct part

I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you’re looking for is PartSelect Number PS10065979, Rack Adjuster Kit - White Wheels.This is a kit that includes all parts required to make up 2 rack adjusters (right and left) and 2 adjuster actuators (right and left). Is this just one adjuster? I need to replace all 4. Wanting to know if this replaces all 4 or just 1

I'm enquiring about a part on the upper rack of my dishwasher. It is the part that lowers the upper rack from high to low. There is a white type of button on the lower part of this part. It won't secure properly. I guess overtime it has worn out. What replacement part do I need?
