Cold water constantly dripping into the washer
Removed the two screws that secured the control panel to top of washer. Removed panel by pulling if forward and rotateing it upward. Removed the two clips that secure the back panel to the washer body. Rotated body forward. Disconnected plug from water inlet valve remove valve and replace with new one. Reverse the process of disassembly.

Hot water not coming inside of washer

Hi Gary,
Thank you for your inquiry. If there is no hot water coming into your washer, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check both the water inlet valve and the direct drive motor pump. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Only my cold water trickles in hot water fills in fine, not sure what part i would need to fix.

How can I get replacement filters for the water inlet valves for the CAWS9234VQ0 washer? Is there a special part number for these plastic filters?

Hi! My washer wont pump water into the washer. Ive tried different settings and nothing when i put it on spin it will spin then when gets to rinse nothing.

Thank you for your question. If your washer will not pump water into the washer, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. Cold water flows in, hot water does not. I checked the filter, it is clean. There is hot water in the supply hose.
