I am having trouble finding the part I need, on my upper tray I need the part that clips in to the wheel in the front that glides in the bar. My tray keeps falling out of the track, I can see where the little tabs are gone that would hold in the wheel.

Hi Steve, Thank you for the question. The clips that hold the wheels to the rack are not sold on their own. You will need to replace the rack adjuster kit, PartSelect Number PS10065979.This is a kit that includes all parts required to make up 2 rack adjusters (right and left) and 2 adjuster actuators (right and left). Parts would need to be assembled. Hope this helps!

Issue: Our top rack keeps coming off the track on the front right. We can see that there should be 2 "prongs/tabs" that the front wheel (right side) should fit into. 1 prong has broken off so the wheel keeps un-attaching from the bar on the dish rack. I don't see an exact match on any parts list. Please provide part number so we can order.

On the upper rack right side front, the rack has come loose from the the white roller in the track. It looks like there is a clip that goes in the wheel that has broken. I do not see this part.

How can I fix the top rack ? I’ve replaced parts not so long ago & it did the same thing basket hangs down on one side. I’m trying to fix on my own . Can u help or guide me? I watch utube videos but hard to follow
