This drawer track or rack slider bar is for use in your dishwasher. It connects to the upper dish rack, and allows the rack top slide in and out. You may need to replace this part if your old rack will not slide out, or your old drawer track is warped and causes the dish rack wheels to fall off or jam. You will need a flat blade screwdriver to remove the rear stop, so you can pull out the drawer track.

When your upper tray slides off the front end of one of the rails, this part will fix the problem.
If the old rail is still on the rollers in the cubicle, just grab it firmly and twist it up and down off the rollers. Transfer the rear plastic stop block which they did not include for some for unknown reason. NOTE: this is the only thing wrong with the product, because the rear plastic stop block is not easy to release and transfer to the new rail. Once I had finally completed the transfer I said to myself, "the rear plastic stop block won't survive another trip like that, I'll have to buy another dishwasher or use a screw". Plastic pieces had broken on both the top and bottom racks
The parts select site had an excellent breakdown of what I needed to replace. When I got the pieces, however, it wasn't so apparent how to do it. I actually used YouTube video to show the process.
The trickiest part was actually uninstalling the broken pieces. I had to work backwards through the YouTube video.

It seems like Kitchen Aid realizes they have a problem with plastic fatigue, because they have replaced some of the plastic parts with metal.
If you take your time and stay organized this is a very doable repair.

Wheels on Upper Rack Adjuster had come off
Followed the supplied instructions for the installation of the left and right rack adjuster kit. This is a pretty simple process, however, I suggest to take your time, read the instructions twice if you don't understand it the first time, and look at the pictures carefully because they are rather small. I also installed new drawer tracks.

They are pushed in from the side, and not from the rear as I had first assumed. The front clips come installed on the tracks, and just flip open by 180 degrees so the top basket can be pushed in.

The wheels for the upper basket seem to have come loose in the track, what part(s) do i need to fix that?

The upper rack parts for this model have been upgraded by the manufacturer, they came out with a redesigned rack adjuster kit - left and right side, part number PS10064063 This kit includes 2 adjuster assemblies, 1 left hand and 1 right hand actuator cover, 2 gray adjuster covers, and 2 gray adjuster housings. For the upper rack, the two drawer tracks are held to the side walls by plastic wheel assemblies (2 per track). My wheel assemblies are worn out. I can't find these on your site - if you sell them, would you please point me towards them? Thank you

The front rack stop that flips out of the to remove the upper rack is missing. Do you have a part number for the front rack stop on the glider. I am not talking about the rack stops in the rear I have those already.

The arm on my upper rack dishwasher has broken off the front stop and now the rack falls on one side because the metal support has nothing to “grab on to to extend out” on the rack. Will this replacement arm work for my model dishwasher?
