Water flow is very slow from the dispenser since the refrigerator was purchased about 14 months ago. Filter has been changed twice but flow is still very slow. Suggestions?
For model number WRS588FIHZ00
Hello Dennis, Thank you for the question. If the filter was changed with a OEM and not a after Market filter, then this is normally caused by a low water pressure from the home water supply or a defective Water Valve. You can also check the waterlines to make sure they are not frosted over and slowing the water flow and they are securely attached to the water filter housing. We hope this helps!
Our refrigerator water dispenser doesn’t dispense water. It just make a loud rattling noise. What part is likely defective?
For model number WRS526SIAH00
Hi Gordon, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description you have provided, we would recommend checking the water filter for clogging. If it is fine, the issue is most probably with the water inlet valve, part number PS11753250. It supplies water to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
When I press ice pedal I get 1 ounce of water from water side. Ice then comes and water stops. Is this due to defective door motor?
Thanks.
For model number KRSC703HPS00
Hell John, thanks for reaching out. If the dispenser is just slow to switch from water to ice cubes when it is dispensing, this could be due to a faulty dispenser board (PS12728274) not switching over when you need it to. If the door motor was defective, the ice would build up in the chute when the auger spun it down, but not drop into your cup. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair.
The dispenser motor does not turn, but the dispenser flap does open. Does that mean I need the motor.
For model number GSS26C4XXYOO
Hi Jim, thank you for reaching out. Dispenser ice chute door motor, part number PS11750314, opens and shuts the ice door on the ice dispenser chute. If the dispenser flap is opening, it means your ice door motor is working and not faulty. We hope this information is useful!

For both the ice and water, the dispensers work intermittently. Sometimes water and ice work, other times they don't. When depressing the pads. they make a noise like something should happen, but then nothing. Sometimes a thumping like it wants to work. Thoughts?
For model number WRS588FIHZ00
Hello Kirsti, thank you for reaching out. If your refrigerator's dispensers are working intermittently, making noises like they are trying to dispense but nothing comes out, the most likely culprit is a clogged water filter. We would recommend checking the water filter, part number PS11701542, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
