The controsl on my Triple Cool Climate control were not responding. I could not turen off alarms or change temperatures.
First I removed the plastic light shield. That snaps into place. Next I removed the plastic facade which snaps in from behind. It has plastic mounting points, I had to use a long straight screwdriver to do this. Then I unplugged the old board and replced with new.

Our refrigerator stopped working, freezer food was thawing and main fridge was warming, , etc. 8 hours later it went back into operating mode, freezer getting cold, ice cubes being produced. 8 - 10 hours later it shut down again and then 8 hours later was back to cold and freezer mode. Does this sound like an electronic circuit board issue? Thanks, don
For model number JFC2089HES
Hello Don, thank you for your question. There are a few parts we would recommend testing before replacing the board. We would recommend testing the defrost heater, thermostat, run capacitor and start device. If those parts test fine, the board would need to be replaced. I hope this helps.

Hello, the problem that i'm having is that the refrigerator side is getting too cold. The thermistor appears to be relaying the temperature to the user control and display board since the temp is accurate on the board. But, it's set to cool to 38 degrees and it's going well past....usually to 22 degrees before the damper closes. the damper seems to be in good working order as i've witnessed it opening and closing just not when it should be. my question is could it still be the thermistor even though the display is reading an accurate temp? also if i have to replace one of the control boards i've gotten conflicting advice as to whether it's the user control display board i should be changing or the main control board located behind the dispenser. lastly am i correct in thinking that as long as the damper is opening and closing completely without obstruction that it's working correctly or is there "brains" to this piece of hardware that could be malfunctioning? thankyou
For model number Jcd2295kes
Hello Eric, thank you for your question. Yes, the thermistor might be the issue even though the display is reading an accurate temperature. I would recommend testing the thermistor first. You can test the Thermistor to see if it is defective. The resistance of the thermistor in the unit should be 2.7K ohms at 77 degrees. If the thermistor reading is accurate the issue could be with the damper control. If it is opening and closing, but randomly, this could be the issue. Most customers replace both the thermistor and the damper control to fix this issue. I hope this helps.

Display on user control panel shows "OFF" for both the freezer & refrigerator sections. None of the button/functions on the panel work when I touch them. The interior refrigerator light works however done of the cooling (freezer/ refrigerator nor dampers & fans) are working. The voltage measured coming into the control user panel WPW10207861 is 12VDC. Is problem the control user panel WPW1207861 or keyboard WPY67005640 or both?

Freezer is going below zero (-15). Any ideas how to correct this?
For model number 596.76533500
Hello Laird, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend you check the following parts: thermistor, part number PS2003772, and defrost thermostat, part number PS11743535. If it does not solve your problem, you need to check your control board, part number PS11750388. We hope this helps.
I replaced the strap up capacitor, compressor start device and the defrost themostat. The refrigerator and frezzer and just warm. The fans are working both upper and lower, the refrerog section vent/valve on top open and closes (cold air from the freezer), the compressor starts and hum feels warm to the touch and little hot. I can adjust the temp controls and alarms seem to work. But the entire seems to just sit there with no cold/freezing. Need help with parts suggestion. Thermistor and /or control board are the last two items..
For model number MBF2562HEW
Hello Rob, Thank you for contacting us. At this point I would suggest checking PS2003772 Thermistor, and PS11750388 Electronic Circuit Board. You are correct, these are the last two options. Good luck with your repair.
