Dryer has power, can hear electronics on. Won't start dry cycle.
For model number WED85HEFW0
Hi Denny,
Thank you for your question. If your dryer does not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the internal bias thermostat, the drive belt, the idler pulley, the terminal block and the moisture sensor. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
Hello Luc, Thank you for your inquiry. There is a sensor in the duct housing or lint duct that tells the control board that the lint filter is in place. Check the duct to make sure nothing is obstructing the sensor and if you are still getting the error, it may need to be replaced. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
