Only getting cold water when set to hot (or any setting). No change in voltage to solenoid hot side with meter, regardless of temp switch setting. Is this the switch being bad? Could it be something else im not checking. Seems switch is stuck on cold only

Thank you for your question. It does sound like it could be the switch that is the issue. You could also take a look at the water going into your appliance from your wall outlet. Just make sure that the problem is not coming from there. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Centennial washer is leaving clothes soaking wet at the end of the cycle. Machine starts agitating almost as soon as water starts entering at the start of the load. Water is also being added to the machine during the spin cycle. If you run a drain and spin it makes a load whirring sound, but does not seem to actually spin fast enough to wring out the excess water. I have already changed out the belt and cam. Was considering a water sensor level sensor switch and or the to clutch just below the agitator. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for your question. If your clothes are still wet at the end of a cycle, the issue could be the pump. There may be something it, preventing the water from draining completely. You will need to remove the pump and inspect it to see if this is the issue. If there is no blockage, you should test the pump to see if it has continuity. You will need to test the part with a multi-meter. If the washer is agitating as it is filling with water, it is a washer pressure level issue and you will need to check the tube. I hope this helps.
