Ice maker not making ice.
Removed old ice maker by removing 3 screws, unplugged wiring harness. Replaced with new ice maker, placed three screws back to secure the ice maker, plugged wire harness back, and product is working well at this time.

My ice maker is making ice, but not dropping from the mold. Would this part correct the problem?

Is this the tray under the icemaker? Current tray has hole in it and ice is falling through.

My ice maker is not making ice, don't have any water coming up to the ice maker and the tray lining is breaking. Could you advise what parts are needed to fix this problem please?

You will need to check the ice maker, the water filter, the water inlet valve and the water fill tubes. I had this fridge in the garage for a few years for an extra fridge. I brought it in to the house to use and the ice maker doesn't make ice. I did all the trouble shooting. I wanted to buy a replacement part but not sure which one i should get. Can you help me with that?

Hi Angela, thank you for your question. There are really only a few parts that could be the issue. You may want to check your ice maker itself and the water inlet valve. You can test both of those parts to see what may be causing the issue. You can test the valve with a multi meter. If both of those parts are fine, then you may have an issue with the control board. Hello Leslie, thank you for contacting us. Check to see if there is clogging in your water supply line. A blocked water supply line can cause the issue. If the supply lines are clear, check if your inlet valve is working. A faulty water inlet valve can stop the flow of water and result in no ice. If the inlet valve, part number PS11755667, is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
