I put in part ps11752593. Unit seems to run but temperature display on freezer reads pe0 and fridge temp reads 000. No buttons or lights work on display. Can you help?

Hello Jim,
Thanks for your question. You will need to program the control board. Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad, then hold Freezer Temperature Down Keypad. Release the Door Alarm and wait 3 seconds. Press the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad once more. You will need the Serial number plate to validate a number at this point. Press the Refrigerator Temperature Up Keypad or Refrigerator Down Keypad to change digits with each key press.

Hello John, thank you for your question. This replacement Electric Control for your model will need to be programmed. To do so, press and hold the "Door Alarm" keypad, then hold "Freezer Temperature Down" keypad. Release the "Door Alarm" and wait 3 seconds, then press the "Freezer Temperature Down" keypad one more time. You will then need the serial number plate to validate. Press the "Refrigerator Temperature Up" keypad, or "Refrigerator Down" keypad to change the digits with each key press. I hope this helps, and good luck with your repair!

I installed the electronic control wpw10312695. I followed the steps to program, but it says to validate a number off the serial number plate? What number do i enter and what buttons do i press afterwards?

My control board #w10373926. Not the same # you show. Fridge tried to start for a few seconds at a time, finally quit totally. Light works is all.

The front panel shows nothing. I unplug the fridge and plug back in, and still nothing. The interior light comes on when i open the door, but that's all the fridge does.

Freezer was at 54 degrees, fridge was at 45 degrees. I put in a new Running Capacitor and set compressor to MAX, and the freezer went down to 17 degrees and fridge down to 40 degrees. Technician came out checked out the fridge. Said it could be the motherboard or low freon. However he said he didn't see any signs of a leak anywhere. Also, the diagnostic tests all show it working properly.
What do y'all think?
