still the wrong part
The part I need is a large shelf for the freezer section. I ordered a shelf, thinking it would fit, but there were no dimensions listed. I was too small. I need one that is 13.5 x 18/19. I'm sending it back now. So, I ordered another shelf, different number. When it came, it was the same shelf! I found out that it fit over the drawer in the bottom that had no cover. So, now I have one shelf I can use, over the drawer. That's a good thing. Still need another shelf under the ice maker. I'll have to make one, I guess.

Your diagram is wrong online. Please fix it. There is a top shelf that doesn't come with the refrigerator that is not listed. That is the one I want and none of the one's in the diagram work. This has cost me over $100 of wrong shelves.

Hello Debbie, Thank you for the review. If the shelf did not come with the appliance, it will not be in the diagrams as we only list the OEM parts made for the appliance at the time of the sale. For optional parts I suggest contacting the manufacture for a part number you can use. Hope this helps!

I’m looking for the wire shelf for the very top holes on my freezer side. The very top shelf seems a little smaller than the ones below it..like not as deep? which one do i need? thanks.

Extra wire freezer shelf for under top shelf and extra fridge shelf for under top shelf

I want to add another shelf to freezer side, there are holes but not a shelf. Walls measure 12.5" across 12 " deep what self will fit. Do you include the measurement of the poke in the hole part?

Hello Gail, thank you for your question. There are a few wire shelves listed for your model information. The one that would probably fit the best is part number WPW10318948 which the manufacturer says measures 13.07" x 12.2". I hope this helps!

I am looking for a replacement shelf for my freezer. My shelves measure approximately 18 inches deep by 12.75 inches wide. None of the shelves listed with my model seem to be this size.

According to the diagram, I need part WPW10318948. However, like others have complained about, that part does not fit anywhere in my freezer. I have purchased W10318945, WPW10318961, and WPW10318947. All these shelves have fit. I believe the WPW10318948 is incorrect. Do you have an updated part number?

Hi Michael, thanks for reaching out. WPW10318948 has been substituted for part numbers that are no longer available and is a direct replacement for the very top rack in the freezer side, according to Whirlpool. If it seems to be too short (from side to side), you may need to use Cups (PartSelect Number PS11748719) to hold it in. I hope this helps! Good luck with your repair.
